Our Returns Policy

We hope you are fully satisfied and happy with your order. If for any reason you change your mind and need to return an item then you can do this up to 30 days after the original transaction was made.

Returns

You’ll need the receipt or order number as your proof of purchase. Any items returned to us do need to be unused and in their original and unopened packaging. We will assess the reason for your return and if approved, offer you a full refund and the refund will be made against the original method of payment.

Please include your name and address, telephone number and email address and order number with the items you are returning.

Please note that you will need to cover return postage costs. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). As we don't accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, if your return is due to a faulty balloon product, please don't hesitate to get in touch within a day of receiving your item.
