A lovely 18" / 46cm round blue foil balloon with gold stars and '1st Birthday' printed in white. Supplied individually in packaging and uninflated.
This round shaped '1st Birthday' themed foil balloon has a self sealing valve and it can be inflated with air or helium. Please note that overfilled balloons will pop, fill slowly with helium or air. This balloon will give a stylish finish to a first birthday set up, use on it's own or incorporate with other balloons to make a bouquet.
For helium fill you will require a helium tank / tank hire or use a reputable store that inflates balloons. Please note that air filled balloons do not float. If you require your balloon to float helium must be used.
